The Lake Damon South Condominium Associastion #1 will meet at the clubhouse on Thursday, April 9th, 2026 at 6:30pm

Our Condo Association, and The Lake Damon South HOA both have Quarterly Member Meetings. 

Both Associations also call special meetings to address specific community needs.

These meetings are noticed in advance, per Florida Chapter 718 (link on Documents Page) 

Our Quarterly Association Dues are due on the first day of: January, April, July, and October. Dues will be considered delinquent on the 15th and will be subject to a late fee.
